Richstone Procurement is seeking to obtain planning permission for 60 new homes in Stebbing village, Uttlesford. Issues relate to five year housing land supply, a new Local Plan setting a requirement for new dwellings in the village, a made Neighbourhood Plan and Parish engagement and revisions to the National Planning Policy Framework. An application is currently with the Council for determination.
